The history of «Kotanyi» Company starts with an idea of a curious young man and his passion for discovering the remote culinary worlds. He was Janos Kotanyi, the person who laid the foundation stone in 1881, by making a mill for paprika. Very soon the Company expanded their offer to the excellent quality spices and spice herbs from all over the world. The spices are more than just an addition to the food. They are inspiration, they spur creativity and individuality. The scents of remote countries – the miths of spices and spice herbs, are our inspiration.
